Filing Financial/HR Documents for Facilitators, Payments, Contracts
Keep financial reports up to date and accurate, and follow-up with the EU and partners
Read financial document instructions provided by donor and share with all teams
Scan receipts daily and upload to Google Drive
Assist in Audit/Accounting process
Manage Quickbooks data entry
Daily check of bank and cash expenses
Assist team in bank reconciliation
Assist team in preparing donor documents, providing feedback and meeting donor requirements
Manage our online profiles in donor platforms
Supporting donor acknowledgments, writing individual letters and tracking donations
Prepare Contracts, Agreements and letter mission for all partners
Procurement procedure- multiple quotes
liaise with logistics for payment of training, meals, Supplies, etc.
Your profile
A diploma in Finance or Accounting.
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Advanced working knowledge of Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Forms.
A proactive mindset to develop, implement, and oversee strategies and systems.
Exceptional organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
Strong computer literacy, with confidence in using online platforms and systems.
