Your mission
Project Soar is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering marginalized adolescent girls in Morocco through education and leadership programs. Its mission is to help the underprivileged girls recognize their value, voice, body, rights, and path, equipping them to become leaders of today and tomorrow. Between 2022 and 2024, Project Soar successfully trained over 78 facilitators in different locations across Morocco. During this period, the program implemented 1875 workshops across 75 sites, leading to 3179 girls graduating. The Baseline and Endline Survey conducted during this timeframe captured key data on the program’s impact, providing critical insights into changes in participants’ beliefs, attitudes, and confidence levels. Comprising 50 questions, the survey provides valuable insights into critical areas such as personal development, education, gender equality, and mental well-being, offering a data-driven approach to understanding the program’s influence. By analyzing these responses, the study will not only assess Project Soar’s effectiveness but also identify opportunities for further refinement and growth.
