Project Title: Production of Audio-Visual Materials for the Launch Event of Ask Marwa
Project Overview: Project Soar is seeking a talented photographer/videographer to visually document the launch of Ask Marwa, an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot designed to provide girls and young women in Morocco with accurate, reliable, and culturally relevant information on menstruation and reproductive health. This initiative aims to address the critical information gap surrounding menstrual and reproductive health caused by cultural taboos and limited access to trusted resources. As part of this initiative, a launch event will be held on June 29, 2026, in Rabat
Deliverables
The selected service provider will deliver:
20–25 high-resolution edited photographs covering key moments of the launch event
3 social media reels (1.5 minutes each), optimized for Instagram and Facebook
2 short interview videos (1 minute each) featuring Soar Girls, representatives from the Ministry of Health, UNFPA and other key stakeholders.
All video deliverables should include:
Subtitles
Integration of provided logos/branding assets
Background music
Creative Direction
Photography and video content should:
Use bright, natural colors and lighting
Highlight genuine interactions, emotions, and participation
Reflect a safe, inclusive, and culturally respectful environment
Maintain a social media-friendly aesthetic that aligns with Project Soar’s communication style
The overall tone should communicate empowerment, trust, and positive social impact.
Responsibilities
The selected photographer/videographer will be responsible for:
Attending and covering the full launch event
Capturing candid moments, speeches, audience interactions, and key activities
Conducting and filming short interviews/testimonials during or after the event
Editing and color-correcting all selected photos and videos
Adding subtitles, text overlays, logos, and sound design to video deliverables
Coordinating closely with the Project Soar team before and after the event
Delivering all final edited files in the required formats by June 30, 2026
The anticipated timeline for this assignment is as follows:
12 June 2026: vendor selected
29 June 2026: day of the launch event in Rabat
3 July 2026: first version ready for review
6 July 2026: final delivery
